December is here. Your schedule is full of extra celebrations, family events and perhaps even a little stress.
But it’s also time is also the perfect opportunity to pause, reflect, review and renew your 2018 goals and look towards 2019.

So what are some ways you can use these 3 tips in your own life?
1.Get into your mind:
Spend some time reviewing your past year. Divide a sheet of paper into two columns. Write all the successes on the left and all the challenges on the right.
2. Dig into your heart
Think about how your top successes in relationships, your family and your spiritual walk went for the year. What would you like to change or keep the same? How can you keep up your momentum for the good next year? Where do you need help?
3. Plan ahead
I know it doesn’t seem new or exciting but making an actual plan will bring you the most success in the next year. Start small. Pick 1 thing you want for 2019. Write it down and then ask yourself these 3 questions:
- What do I really want to achieve (be specific and try to make it measurable)?
- How can I take daily action to make it happen?
- What is my 1 week goal? What is my 1 month goal? What is my 6 month goal?
Once you have chosen and gone through the process, choose 3-5 things to repeat this process with and see what happens with your 2019.
