A wonderful holiday for some and a nightmare for others, especially if you are trying to make healthy choices!
Try These 5 Hacks to Help:
1. Celebrate being young and in love again. Have fun holding hands and roller or ice skating. Its the perfect way to enjoy laughing (maybe taking a spill or 2) and being active together.
2. Invite your loved one to a special meal prepared about home by you that is both delicious and healthy. Top it off with any amazing dessert and drinks by the fire or candlelight.
3. Exchange non food gifts like: a special date, a coupon book of things you can do for each other, a picnic in the park, going to a concert, a hiking trip or a game you both enjoy.
4. Take the time to write a letter or memory book to share how much you appreciate your loved one.
5. Send a video, email or text message every hour to let them know you are thinking of them and to share 1 thing you love about your sweetie!
