Tip 1: Try Breakfast for Dinner

Breakfast is good anytime

Eggs are fast and healthy, just add some veggies, cheese and a tortilla for the perfect breakfast taco.

A batch of pancakes will whip up in about 15 minutes and who doesn’t love that?

What about enjoying a homemade egg, ham and cheese muffin, easy and simple Prepare them ahead of time, stick them in the freezer and then pull them out when you are ready to enjoy!

Bake a batch of healthy muffins on the weekend and store them in the fridge. Then pull one out and enjoy it with a boiled egg and a slice of grapefruit.

Tip 2: Don’t Be Afraid to Keep it Simple

There is nothing wrong with having grilled cheese sandwiches and sliced veggies for dinner.

Break out the hummus or guacamole, some sliced veggies, and some cheese cubes and toasted almonds to enjoy a quick meal.

Create a board meal.

Pile meat, fruit, nuts, cheese, veggies, crackers, dips and more on your favorite tray or cutting board. Then everyone can make up their own meal from the yummy options.

Tip 3: Leftovers are Your Friend

Reheat what you had earlier for another meal or reinvent it into something new and delicious.

Grab leftover beef, toss it with some spices and throw it in your favorite salad.

Chop leftover chicken to make a quick and healthy chicken salad your kids can devour with crackers. The possibilities are endless and fast!
